Letting Information
Letting a property can be a profitable and pleasurable experience, but there are legal requirements that have to be adhered to. It is critical that the tenant secured is suitable to ensure that things run smoothly.
Peter Buswell Estate Agents have been successfully letting property within Hawkhurst and the surrounding area since 2011. Centrally situated in the heart of the village we are ideally placed within reach of all our properties and can be quickly on site should any problems arise.
As members of ARLA propertymark (Association of Residential Letting Agents) The TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) and the Propertymark client money protection scheme, with fully qualified staff on hand to help you through the process, you can be rest assured of our complete professionalism and commitment to provide the best possible service to all our landlords and tenants.
We can provide a Let Only Service or we offer Full Management if preferred.
Where we manage a property, we take on all the day to day worries of the landlord, such as organising maintenance jobs, paying suppliers/contractors, rent collection and landlord payment. We inspect the property quarterly and provide a written report to the landlord. We organise all safety certification and keep up to date with any new legislation to advise our landlords of anything that may affect them.
